Responsibilities- Execute precise measurement, trimming, and sewing of fabric and vinyl graphics to meet exact project specifications.
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and specialized cutting tools to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Perform comprehensive quality inspections on all materials to guarantee finished products align with customer requirements.
- Document production progress and labor metrics to support accurate project tracking and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and achieve collective output goals.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all operational safety protocols.
- Mentor junior team members on finishing techniques to foster a culture of continuous skill development.
- Demonstrated proficiency in industrial sewing techniques and fabric manipulation.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, specifically with fractional measurements and geometry.
- Expertise in using precision tools such as tape measures, knives, and industrial cutters.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and a keen eye for detail in high-volume environments.
- Prior experience in large-format graphic production or textile manufacturing.
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking and reporting tasks.
- Proven ability to adapt to new machinery and evolving production methodologies.
