Do you enjoy hands-on work and moving between tasks during a shift?

Are you comfortable working on a paint line, at a laser, and on assembly benches?

Do you take pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork?

What you’ll doHang and unhang moving parts on the paint line Break parts out of laser-cut sheets and stage them for next operations

Build sub-assemblies by following work order instructions

Assist machine operators with loading and unloading

Pack and crate orders to meet shipping instructions

Jump in to support other departments as directed by your supervisor

How you’ll do it Safety first

Follow all safety policies and uphold our core values

Keep work areas/equipment clean and orderly

Operate tools properly; report repair needs and issues to your lead/supervisor

Quality always

Confirm materials, sizes, and parts match job tickets

Ensure all parts/surfaces are defect-free

Self-check your work; elevate unusual, defective, or difficult operating conditions

Meet defined quality standards and document work as required

Delivery matters

Complete tasks with minimal supervision while meeting schedule commitments

What you bring

Required:

1+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Mechanical inclination and basic math skills

High attention to detail; comfortable working to precise tolerances

Exposure to computerized manufacturing systems

Effective verbal and written communication

Overhead crane operation

Self-driven; able to work independently and in a team Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting

Proficiencies

Mechanical troubleshooting skills

Mechanical assembly skills
