As the company continues to grow, Cadence is seeking an Agent Support & Marketing Coordinator to play a central role in supporting agents, strengthening the brand, and helping build scalable marketing systems that support the brokerage’s continued growth.
Position OverviewThe Agent Support & Marketing Coordinator plays a highly visible role supporting agents and leadership through marketing execution, brand consistency, event coordination, and vendor management.
This role is both creative and operational, ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, supporting others, and bringing ideas to life. The right person will help ensure agents have the tools and marketing support they need while protecting and elevating the Cadence brand.
This is a hybrid position offering flexibility while maintaining strong collaboration with the in-office team.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Systems & Campaign Coordination- Serve as in-house expert on marketing systems including Bold Trail
- Build and manage email campaigns, drip campaigns, and agent marketing workflows
- Create simple, scalable campaigns agents can easily implement
- Support agents in customizing campaigns while maintaining brand standards
- Provide first-line support for marketing tools and systems
- Execute and coordinate listing, buyer, and agent marketing initiatives
- Create and manage templates, flyers, email graphics, and social assets
- Assist with buyer and seller presentation materials
- Ensure brand consistency across agent marketing
- Proactively suggest marketing ideas aligned with agent business goals
- Help protect and reinforce Cadence’s brand voice and visual identity
- Ensure marketing aligns with company culture and standards
- Assist leadership in translating brand vision into campaigns and materials
- Support internal and community brand presence
- Assist with planning and execution of agent, client, and community events
- Coordinate vendors, timelines, and logistics
- Support appreciation events, training, headshots, and community initiatives
- Develop repeatable systems and checklists for smooth execution
- Serve as primary contact for marketing and event vendors
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and materials
- Manage orders for signage, print, social support, photography, and branded items
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards
- Cross-train with office leadership to support continuity
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and workflow improvements
- Provide backup support when needed
- Help document systems to improve efficiency as the company grows
- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Marketing coordination, branding, or similar experience
