Charge Registered Nurse - RN

Role

Hemodialysis Team Leader overseeing chronic hemodialysis patient care.

Provide daily supervision and support to direct care staff, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and participate in staffing, training, and performance evaluations.

Assess patient needs, develop care plans, monitor treatment, administer medications, and educate patients and families on dialysis and related topics.

Supervise equipment use, ensure safety protocols, and handle emergency situations.

Collaborate with healthcare team, participate in meetings, and assist with special projects.

RN license with minimum 9 months nursing and 3 months dialysis experience, supervisory skills preferred, and excellent communication.

Proficiency in dialysis techniques, safety procedures, and documentation required.

Office and clinical settings, may involve travel, exposure to infectious materials, and moderate noise levels.

Must pass color blindness test and meet health and safety standards.

Direct oversight of patient care staff and support personnel.
