Registered Nurse - Women's Services

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description:

Join our dedicated team providing exceptional care in Women's Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will support and empower laboring patients while offering personalized birth experiences. Our unit fosters a collaborative environment with 24/7 in-house midwives and dedicated CRNA and OB coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Circulating in the OR and supporting various procedures, including IUPC, FSE, and MgSO4 administration.
• Promoting vaginal birth opportunities aligned with patient preferences.
• Providing couplet care in the postpartum unit, ensuring newborns remain at the bedside.
• Collaborating with a midwife team and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Assisting in the operating room and attending to high-risk deliveries as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring.
• Experience or knowledge in spinning babies and STABLE is helpful.
