CRNA OB Position in Smyrna, TN – Excellent Start Date Bonus of $100,000. Envision is currently seeking a CRNA to join Nashville Anesthesia Service in the Nashville, TN area. This team provides coverage at Tri Star Southern Hills Medical Center in Nashville, Tri Star Stone Crest Medical Center in Smyrna, and two affiliated surgery centers. These sites offer a full spectrum of patient care services, including highly regarded programs in cancer care, orthopedics, imaging, and stroke.

Both hospitals are recognized as Top Performers in quality by The Joint Commission.

• $100,000 Start Date Bonus
• Team: 13 physicians and 29 CRNAs
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday, 8 hour shifts
• Primarily covering OB with some OR coverage
• Well established team and excellent culture
• Flexible scheduling and balanced call rotation to support work‑life‑balance
