Field Store Associate

Overview

The Field Store Associate is responsible for driving and increasing sales at Lowe’s stores. This role engages customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generates customer leads, implements effective sales and marketing programs, provides exceptional customer service, and manages merchandising. Part-Time Field Store Associates are also expected to ensure maximum client satisfaction and stay up-to-date with product features while maintaining high quality and visual standards of the products.

The selected candidate will work at Lowe’s Store #1626, located at 410 Genie Ln, Smyrna, TN 37167. This is a part-time position with weekday/afternoon/weekend availability. Schedules are based on business needs and may change.

• Engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generate customer leads, and support sales opportunities.
• Implement sales and marketing programs to drive sales growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting products.
• Manage merchandising and maintain visual standards of products.
• Collaborate with store leadership to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

• Part-time position with schedule that may include weekdays, afternoons, and weekends.
• Ability to interact with customers, including minors, and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value.
• Due to the nature of the role, a review of criminal history is conducted to protect the business, staff, customers, vendors, and the public.
