** Minimum Qualifications
*** High school diploma or equivalent required
* 3–5 years of management or team lead experience preferred
* Proven success in a warehouse or back-end retail environment
* Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
* Mechanically inclined and able to assemble furniture
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely
** Physical Demands
*** Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 lbs.
* Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing
* Ability to safely assemble furniture using tools
* May operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided)
