We are seeking a positive, upbeat, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Insurance Producer Associate
.

This is a hybrid service and sales support role
. While sales is not the primary focus, the ideal candidate will feel comfortable identifying opportunities to cross-sell and bundle products (such as home and auto insurance) when it benefits the client.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and growing professionally in a supportive team environment.

• Provide exceptional service to new and existing clients
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and client inquiries
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, and general account support
• Deliver a friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented experience

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and bundle insurance products
• Educate clients on coverage options when appropriate
• Support agency growth through strong client relationships

• Work closely with team members to meet agency goals
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Learn agency systems and workflows

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Strong customer service background
• High level of professionalism and reliability
• Willingness to learn and grow

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
• Interest in building a long-term career

• No insurance experience required
• Must obtain an Insurance Producer License (Property & Casualty)
• The agency will assist with the licensing process
• Licensing typically takes approximately 2 weeks
