Security Officer Clinical Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Clinical Patrol Driver in Smyrna, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare. You’ll work part‑time, building a schedule that works for you, and drive in a healthcare location, conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to deter incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication.

Part Time

$20.20 / Hour

Day Time – Saturday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM Sunday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations calmly, document observations, and coordinate with site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and control entry/exit activity per location policies, offering directions and assistance when needed.
• Support emergency and medical‑related response procedures by notifying appropriate personnel, managing scene activity, and helping orderly movement during urgent situations.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• Valid driver’s license required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Subject to a background investigation as required by law.
• Subject to a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.
