• Confident with state‑of‑the‑art equipment; able to generate a minimum of $25,000 in revenue and perform excellent work.
• Team player with sound judgement and critical thinking.

• Maintain consistent communication with dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer service and high‑quality workmanship.
• Properly clean and maintain equipment and vehicle.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, rapidly responding to customer plumbing emergencies.
• Communicate effectively with customers to represent 1‑Tom‑Plumber with pride.
• Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites.
• Perform installation of plumbing systems at newly renovated properties.
• Inspect previously installed systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Keep detailed reports of work done at job sites.
• Most importantly, be a team member everyone wants to work with.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass drug screen.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Sound judgement and critical thinking.

Typical schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm from our Smyrna location. Plumbers also have a rotating on‑call shift. Total compensation ranges from $80,000 to $140,000 depending on experience. NO CAP BONUS PLAN – top plumbers are making over $140,000 total compensation annually.
