WhatYou'll Do
- Program, start up, troubleshoot, and commission new system installations
- Install, configure, service, and repair fire alarm systems
- Perform point-to-point troubleshooting across systems including:
- Fire Alarms
- Access Control
- CCTV
- Nurse Call & Intercom systems
- Communicate project status, challenges, and timelines with project leads and clients
- Support installation teams to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Review project plans and contracts for accuracy prior to installation
- Conduct inspections to ensure systems meet safety codes and standards
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
- Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Experience with fire alarms required; access control, CCTV, etc. a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system designs
- Comfortable using hand tools, multi-meters, ladders (8'+), and lifts
- Solid communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with Project Managers
- Flexibility for varying shift times and participation in an on-call rotation

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Smyrna, TN.
