• Program, start up, troubleshoot, and commission new system installations
• Install, configure, service, and repair fire alarm systems
• Perform point-to-point troubleshooting across systems including:
  • Fire Alarms
  • Access Control
  • CCTV
  • Nurse Call & Intercom systems
• Communicate project status, challenges, and timelines with project leads and clients
• Support installation teams to ensure projects are completed successfully
• Review project plans and contracts for accuracy prior to installation
• Conduct inspections to ensure systems meet safety codes and standards
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation

• Experience with fire alarms required; access control, CCTV, etc. a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system designs
• Comfortable using hand tools, multi-meters, ladders (8'+), and lifts
• Solid communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with Project Managers
• Flexibility for varying shift times and participation in an on-call rotation

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Smyrna, TN.

This position is anticipated to close on Jul 1, 2026.
