HVAC Service Tech

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Tech to join our Memphis-area team. In this field role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems while delivering safe, high-quality work and outstanding customer service. You'll perform troubleshooting, system tune-ups, and component replacements, explain findings and options to customers, and complete accurate service documentation. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
• Install replacement components and equipment as needed
• Explain findings, options, and recommendations to customers
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Operate company vehicle and maintain tools and equipment
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet schedule and customer needs
