Serve Middle Tennessee communities

Positions available across Wilson and Williamson Counties Picture a day that starts with a pre-trip on your company vehicle, a quick check-in with the Maintenance Supervisor, and a route that takes you to decentralized wastewater treatment and collection assets that keep neighborhoods running. You’ll balance systems, track readings, respond to service calls, and keep equipment humming — rain or shine.

What you’ll do Operate, maintain, and repair wastewater equipment such as pumps, motors, and valves.

Troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and promptly address leaks or malfunctions.

Perform underground utility line locates per Tennessee 811 guidelines.

Conduct tank inspections and complete required visits to treatment sites.

Monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges to maintain proper system balance.

Assist with maintenance and repair activities across the collection system.

Respond to service calls in the field.

Maintain accurate records for maintenance and repairs.

What you’ll bring

High school diploma or equivalent.

Wastewater BNS/Collection systems license required after 1 year.

Experience with decentralized wastewater collection and treatment systems is preferred but not required.

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with an understanding of wastewater treatment processes.

Ability to operate a variety of equipment safely and effectively.

Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Knowledge of relevant safety procedures and regulations.

Work environment

Outdoor work in all weather conditions with some heavy lifting. Company vehicle and cell phone are provided.

Reporting structure

Works under supervision with daily communications with the Maintenance Supervisor.
