Role:
Surgery Field Engineer Apprentice focusing on service and repair of diagnostic imaging equipment in healthcare settings. Objectives: support customer satisfaction, ensure equipment functionality, and develop technical skills for long-term field service career.

• troubleshoot and repair imaging systems
• perform preventative maintenance
• conduct safety/environmental inspections
• document service activities
• communicate with hospital staff

• high school diploma/GED with relevant electronic, mechanical, or IT experience; or AS/BS degree
• valid driver's license
• legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Experience in interpreting schematics, electronic circuitry, and biomedical devices is preferred.
• Skills include technical troubleshooting, customer service, and adherence to safety and quality protocols.

• onsite role primarily at hospitals in Chattanooga, TN
• flexible scheduling to support healthcare operations 24/7

• physical ability to lift equipment up to 35 lbs and perform extended periods of bending or standing
