HIRING CDL-A COMPANY DRIVERS in SMYRNA, TN

Venture Express, Inc. seeks experienced CDL‑A company drivers for routes within the Smyrna, TN area.

• Local drivers: up to $1,500 per week.
• Regional drivers: up to $1,800 per week, with weekly mileage of 3,000+ and annual pay $91,000–$96,200.
• Guaranteed home routes available, including local daily and regional weekly home routes.
• Multiple home times available to fit your schedule.
• Company‑paid life insurance.

• $1,000 referral bonus to both driver and the referred driver.
• Per diem available.
• Paid orientation.
• Individual and family medical plans starting at $30 per week.
• Dedicated round trips from TN to LA or TX, averaging 2,600–3,100+ miles per week.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 23 years of age.
• No careless or reckless driving marks on the MVR within the last 3 years.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Minimum 12 months of recent experience pulling a 53′ trailer within the last 3 years.
