You will accurately process, pick, pack, and prepare custom retail shelf-edge labeling and merchandising products for shipment. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where attention to detail ensures our clients receive exactly what they need to drive sales on the store floor.

• Order Processing:
  Accurately read and interpret work orders to pick, sort, and package printed materials and merchandising kits according to client specifications.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect materials for printing flaws, damage, or sorting errors before packaging.
• Packaging & Labeling:
  Pack orders securely and apply accurate shipping and product labels to prevent transit damage and guarantee on-time delivery.
• Inventory Management:
  Conduct cycle counts, monitor supply levels, and assist in stowing incoming stock correctly.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate warehouse equipment—such as pallet jacks and hand trucks—to transport materials across the production floor.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all Vestcom safety and health regulations.

• Experience:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or print‑production experience is preferred.
• Physical Demands:
  Ability to stand and walk for long shifts, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

  Basic computer skills and ability to use scanning devices or warehouse management software.
