Cloetta Holland B.V. zoekt een ervaren Productie Manager in Sneek. In deze rol geef je leiding aan een team van 80 collega’s binnen de productieorganisatie. Je komt samen met het plant managementteam en richt je op veilige en gestructureerde productie. Je bouwt aan een sterk leiderschapsteam en verbetert de operationele efficiëntie door middel van coaching en LEAN.
