Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks.
- Answer telephones and handle requests as knowledge and ability allow.
- Perform administrative tasks, including inputting information into the computer.
- Maintain resident files, verifying all information within the files.
- Act as substitute van driver when necessary.
- Assist in collection, recording, and depositing rent payments and other fees.
- Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
- Act as assistant to the Executive Director and Business Office Manager.
- No experience required, but previous administrative/hospitality experience is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Professional communication skills and ability to listen to residents, guests, and coworkers.
- Flexibility and eagerness to help out wherever needed.
