Preschool Lead Teacher – 3’s year old – Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy #33 – Centerville Snellville, GA
Compensation$18.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on education, credentials, and experience)
Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy #33 is seeking a caring, dedicated, and enthusiastic Preschool Lead Teacher 3’s year old to join our early childhood education team. We are a 3-Star Quality Rated program committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports every child's growth and success.

Responsibilities- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities that promote school readiness and child development.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, safety, and program requirements.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential; OR
- Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education; OR
- Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field; OR
- Be actively enrolled in an approved program leading to one of the above credentials.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass the Bright from the Start comprehensive background check.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
- Previous experience working in a preschool, Head Start, Georgia Pre-K, or early childhood education setting.
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Experience with classroom documentation and child assessments.
- Strong commitment to family engagement and creating positive learning experiences.
