• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Georgia Pre‑K standards
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Monitor and document student progress
• Maintain classroom management and daily routines

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred, must be a Level 8 in GAPDS
• Previous classroom experience required
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for working with young children
• Must meet all Bright from the Start requirements
