Lead Toddler Teacher
Do you have a passion for helping toddlers learn, grow, and thrive? We'd love to have you join our team!
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher who is committed to providing a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Work schedule, 7am-4pm (one hour lunch break).
Minimum Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare or early childhood education setting
- Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential required
- College coursework in Early Childhood Education and/or a Level 4 or higher in GAPDS
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about early childhood education
- Plan and implement engaging, age‑appropriate lesson plans
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
- Maintain compliance with all state licensing and health & safety standards
- Work collaboratively with leadership to provide exceptional care and education
