Position Overview

As a Branch Banker within PNC’s retail banking organization, you will be based in Snellville, Georgia, at the Snellville location.

Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow the customer’s share of wallet.
- Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and foster customer loyalty.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
- Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
- Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

- Experience: 3+ years in a related banking or retail role; typically an Associate’s degree or equivalent; in lieu of a degree, comparable education, certification, and experience may be considered.
