As a Branch Banker within PNC’s retail banking organization, you will be based in Snellville, Georgia, at the Snellville location.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and community Centers of Influence to grow the customer’s share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and foster customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
