Bio Life Part‑Time Plasma Donor Screener

We are looking for dedicated part‑time team members to work 4‑6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with flexibility and reliable availability.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety.
  • Screen new and repeat donors, take and record vital signs and finger‑stick results.
  • Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
  • Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to walk, stand, lift up to 5 lb, and lift up to 32 lb (rarely 50 lb).
  • Physical ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • Experience in a customer or patient‑facing role (minimum 1 year) is helpful.
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to wear gloves for extensive periods due to blood borne pathogen exposure.
Compensation & Benefits

U.S. starting hourly wage: $16.00, subject to local wage laws. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, short‑ and long‑term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time, company holidays, well‑being benefits. U.S. employees may earn up to 80 hours sick time and accrue up to 120 hours paid vacation.
