Ivywood Academy in Snellville, GA is looking for a passionate and driven Director to lead our team and inspire excellence every day. • Oversee daily academy operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment
• Lead, mentor, and support faculty and staff to drive professional growth and performance
• Develop and implement curriculum standards, policies, and educational programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, students, and the local community
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and administrative functions of the academy
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support academic and developmental success

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Prior experience in a Director, Assistant Director, or school leadership role
• Knowledge of Georgia childcare licensing regulations and educational compliance standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build a positive school culture and foster team collaboration
• Experience with budget management and administrative operations
• Passionate, student-centered mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
