Performs a variety of patient care activities within Behavioral Health in accordance with established standards and practice. Augments a physician's ability to provide mental health services to patients; collects and documents data, conducts diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, orders and schedules laboratory studies and professional consultations and provides direct patient care services.

• Master’s degree graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing required, or
• Master’s degree graduate of an accredited Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board. Specialty in Behavioral Health required

• 2 years of Behavioral Health experience required
• Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred

• ACNP - Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Licensed for Advanced Practice Nursing (ACNP/FNP) upon hire required, or
• FNP - Family Nurse Practitioner upon hire required, or
• PA - Physician Assistant Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Georgia. Updated NCCPA certification for PAs upon hire required, and
• ACLS upon hire required, and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support upon hire required
