Job Description

This role is truly part‑time, with most shifts lasting between 4 to 6 hours a day, 3+ days per week. We’ll confirm your availability and shift days at the beginning of the interview process, and you’ll always be informed about any schedule changes in advance. Our patients depend on the plasma we collect; therefore reliability during scheduled hours is highly valued.
Whatyou bring to Takeda:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., occasionally up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Comfortable with prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1) - One or more years of minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role is helpful
- Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and team safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Location: USA – GA – Snellville
U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $16.00 per hour (actual rate will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements)
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short‑term incentives, medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well‑being benefits.
