Registered Nurse - Outpatient Clinic

Job Summary

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Deliver safe, efficient, and effective nursing care while maintaining a patient-centered environment

• Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and responses to treatment
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
• Coordinate follow-up care and referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Support the clinic team in delivering high-quality patient care and improving workflow efficiency

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and clinical systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
