Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs and assisting members with purchasing decisions;
Supervises associates in assigned area, assigns duties, communicates goals and feedback, trains associates on processes and procedures, and evaluates performance;
Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation, stocks, signs, prices, and organizes merchandise, and handles claims and returns;
Oversees the picking and staging of club pick up orders and ensures compliance with policies;
Develops and implements processes to meet business needs and ensures compliance with policies and ethics, while supporting Open Door Policy and facilitating teamwork.
