Under the direction of the Building Administrator, the Records Assistant is responsible for performing clerical duties in the daily operations of the school office. This is a temporary assignment from September 1, 2026 through December 4, 2026.
Salary and Work ScheduleSalary Range: $30.29 - $34.37 per hour (Level B Office Personnel, per Public School Employees Salary Schedule). Above pay rates do not include holiday and pay in lieu of vacation, which increases the hourly compensation.

- Assignment Dates:
September 1, 2026 – December 4, 2026 - Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Calendar: 9 months/year; office time during spring break, winter break, and summer, plus 10 paid holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Business training and/or three years of administrative assistant/secretarial experience, including computer literacy and records maintenance, is preferred.
- Ability to meet the qualifications as listed on the job description for this position.
