Shift Leader Pay Range
$17.13 – $22.00
Job DescriptionThe Shift Leader oversees all operations during their shift, ensuring that staff follows all policies, maintains cost control, inventory control, cash control, and delivers outstanding customer service. They set the example and enforce procedures 100% of the time.
Responsibilities- Manage shift operations and ensure staff compliance with company policies
- Oversee cost control and inventory management
- Handle cash control procedures
- Maintain positive customer relations and resolve issues
- At least 18 years of age
