Position: Fourth Grade Teacher (non-continuing) (2026-2027)

Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of the Principal, the elementary teacher is responsible for fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students in our elementary schools.
  • This position may include, but is not limited to, the following performance responsibilities, qualifications, knowledge, skills, and abilities which align with the Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.
Qualifications
  • Valid State of Washington teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement.
  • Possess and maintain a valid First Aid and CPR certification for duration of employment with the District when required for position by Board Policy.

Applicants are responsible for determining that they have the appropriate endorsement and current Washington State certification for the position.

Salary and Contract
  • Salary Range: $78,616 - $156,126 per the  Snohomish Education Association Total Compensation Salary Schedule. Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees.
  • Contract:

    180 days, includes 12 sick days and 3 personal days per year (prorated for less than a full school year).

  • SEBB benefits eligibility generally requires anticipated work at least 630 hours per school year.
