Job Summary
Under the direction of the Executive Director of Special Program Services, this role involves providing psychological assessment with diagnostic services, learning support, and consultation services to assist school staff in determining program and service eligibility and interventions for students who have special physical, cognitive, social, and emotional adjustment needs. Specific responsibilities are as described on the attached job description.
Salary Range$75,242 - $149,387 per the Snohomish Education Association Total Compensation Salary Schedule (anticipated increase for the 2026-27 school year). Salary placement is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees.
Contract180 days, includes 12 sick and 3 personal days per year (prorated for less than a full-year school year).
FLSA StatusExempt.
Certification / LicenseValid Washington State ESA Certification as required for the position.
EducationMaster of Education in education, educational psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
