Summary
This role provides acute nursing care to adults with complex medical and developmental needs in a residential setting. RNs or LPNs support patients who may require mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and ongoing clinical interventions, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tracheostomies, mechanical ventilation, and respiratory treatments.

• Monitor cardiorespiratory status and oximetry.

• Handle central lines, TPN, feeding tubes, and urinary catheters.

• Administer medications and provide total patient care.

• Support developmental needs with therapy teams and provide psychosocial support.

• Respond to emergencies, operate Ambo bags, and perform CPR.

• Participate in patient transfers, equipment management, and daily care activities.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform frequent movement.

• Reliable transportation and adherence to all policies.

Requirements

• RN or LPN license in Snohomish, WA.

• CPR certification.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• One year of recent clinical experience preferred.

Work Environment
12-hour shifts in a residential home caring for up to eight adults. Role includes patient transfers, repositioning, equipment cleaning, emergency procedures, and light housekeeping.
