We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing practice. Whether you’re an experienced PT or a recent graduate, you’ll become part of a collaborative team that values clinical excellence, individualized care, and long-term professional growth.

• Position:
  Full-time
• Compensation: $26.00 – $37.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday – 4 ten hour days or 5 eight hour day schedules available

• Patient Care: 45-minutes with 1-on-1 patient care (no double booking)

• Assist the physical therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs, medical history, and goals.
• Conduct exercises and therapeutic activities as prescribed by the physical therapist, focusing on improving patients’ range of motion, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
• Observe and evaluate patients’ progress during therapy sessions, documenting and reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising physical therapist.
• Collaborate with the physical therapy team to develop and modify treatment plans as necessary, based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Washington.
• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
