About the Role
- Works as a team member with other IT Support staff on our end users with software, hardware, network issues and troubleshooting resolutions
- Takes responsibility and is accountable for support tickets until completion and the client is satisfied with the level of service
- Responds to users’ requests for information and assists in problem resolution; escalates to the appropriate IT support personnel in accordance with established help desk policies and standards

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in working in a fast-paced business
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Possess effective communication and analytical problem-solving skills, for effective work with stakeholders
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Experience using Dynamics NAV and understanding of concepts in networking (LAN/WAN), Windows servers, Virtualization, VDI deployment, Active Directory
- Demonstrated experience using Windows operating systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet browsers (Chrome, Explorer, etc.).
- Knowledge of and ability to operate all hardware and software in use within the enterprise
- Adept with current desktop deployment imaging technologies and concepts
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Familiarity in use of Help Desk ticketing systems

- Base Rate: $28 - $33.50 per hour, DOE
