Snohomish, WA | Full-Time | $50-55/hr

It's a balanced role where you stay hands-on with medically complex patients, while also stepping into real leadership, without carrying the full weight of a Director role.

What the role looks like:
* 2 days/week on the floor
* Hands-on care with medically complex residents (trach/vent)
* Acting as the clinical lead on shift
* 1-2 shorter admin days (onsite)

You're still a nurse, but you're also shaping how care is delivered.
