Registered Nurse – Gastroenterology

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Endoscopy GI Lab to provide professional nursing care in accordance with accepted standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient health status and developing individualized care plans
• Implementing and documenting nursing interventions for optimal patient care
• Ensuring patient safety by monitoring, positioning, and maintaining a sterile environment
• Coordinating support services and communicating with patients and healthcare teams
• Administering medications and providing emergency life support as needed
• Educating patients and families to promote health and safety
• Participating in ongoing education to enhance nursing skills

Qualifications and skills required:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Washington
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS within 3 months of hire
• Preferred:
  Membership in SGNA, 2+ years’ experience in endoscopy, ICU, or ED, and demonstrated advanced nursing skills

Compensation ranges from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour, with benefits including a comprehensive package, incentive programs, and retirement options. The role offers a collaborative environment focused on improving community health and advancing nursing practice.
