• Inspect & Assess:
  Visit residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and determine the best course of action.
• Apply Treatments:
  Use eco-friendly methods, traps, and treatments in line with company standards and safety guidelines.
• Customer Communication:
  Explain inspection results, treatment steps, and follow-up procedures clearly and courteously.
• Documentation:
  Complete reports on services provided, materials used, and any follow-up actions needed.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Keep company‑provided vehicles, tools, and inventory organized and in good working condition.

• Valid Driver’s License:
  Clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites.
• Physical Stamina:
  Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Background Check:
  Willingness to pass a background check and drug test.
• Schedule:
  
  Availability for standard 8:00 am–5:00 pm shifts, with occasional on‑call or weekend work.

• Strong Communicator:
  Able to explain technical details to customers in a friendly, clear manner.
• Self‑Starter:
  Takes initiative and manages time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Attention to Detail:
  Meticulous in inspections, documentation, and following safety protocols.
• Certifications (Nice‑to‑Have):
  Washington State Pesticide Application license (or willingness to obtain).
• Tech Savvy:
  Comfortable with basic software tools (e.g., GSuite for email and documentation).
