Vehicle Wrap Installer

, delivering professional, detail-driven installations for a wide range of clients.

We’re looking for a full-time vehicle wrap installer who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of precision, efficiency, and professionalism.

This role is focused on installation first — working on vehicle wraps, spot graphics, fleet graphics, and other large-format installs. You’ll work both in our Snohomish shop and occasionally on-site at client locations.

• Install full and partial vehicle wraps
  , spot graphics, and vinyl lettering
• Perform surface prep, cleaning, and post-install finishing
• Assist with wall wraps, window graphics, and signage installs as needed
• Ensure all installs meet Ardor’s quality standards
• Communicate clearly with the team on project status and timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Load/unload materials and prep vehicles for installation
• Troubleshoot install challenges in real time

• Experience installing vehicle wraps and large-format vinyl graphics
• Strong understanding of vinyl handling, alignment, and finishing techniques
• Ability to work with cast wrap materials (3M, Avery Dennison, Arlon, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with a clean, professional install style
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
• Good communication and team mindset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• 3M Certification or UASG experience
• Experience with fleet graphics and commercial installs
• Familiarity with basic print production or plotters
• Experience leading or assisting on install teams

• Primarily based at our shop in Snohomish, WA
• Mix of indoor shop work and occasional on-site installs
