Burgess Construction is growing—and we’re looking for a skilled Lead Deck Builder who can take ownership of projects, lead a crew, and deliver high-quality work without constant oversight.

Pay & Benefits- $35+/hr DOE
- Performance-based bonuses (routine + meaningful)

Compensation: $72,000 + Bonuses
