Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect & Assess
:
Visit residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and determine the best course of action. - Apply Treatments
:
Use eco-friendly methods, traps, and treatments in line with company standards and safety guidelines. - Customer Communication
:
Explain inspection results, treatment steps, and follow-up procedures clearly and courteously. - Documentation
:
Complete reports on services provided, materials used, and any follow-up actions needed. - Equipment Maintenance
:
Keep company-provided vehicles, tools, and inventory organized and in good working condition.
- Valid Driver’s License
:
Clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites. - Physical Stamina
:
Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and lifting up to 50 lbs. - Background Check
:
Willingness to pass a background check and drug test. - Schedule
:
Availability for standard 8:00 am–5:00 pm shifts, with occasional on-call or weekend work.
- Strong Communicator
:
Able to explain technical details to customers in a friendly, clear manner. - Self-Starter
:
Takes initiative and manages time effectively with minimal supervision. - Attention to Detail
:
Meticulous in inspections, documentation, and following safety protocols. - Certifications (Nice-to-Have):
Washington State Pesticide Application license (or willingness to obtain). - Tech Savvy
:
Comfortable with basic software tools (e.g., GSuite for email and documentation).
