Burgess Construction is looking for an experienced Lead Deck Builder to join our growing team.
We specialize in high-quality custom decks, patio covers, railings, and outdoor living spaces throughout Snohomish and North King County. Our projects are designed to last, and our reputation is built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and doing things the right way.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can confidently lead a team in the field, solve problems as they arise, and help maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.
What You'll DoRead plans and execute projects accurately
Lead and mentor crew members on the jobsite
Coordinate daily work to keep projects moving efficiently
Ensure projects meet company quality standards
Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
Maintain a clean, safe, organized jobsite
What We're Looking ForSeveral years of hands-on deck building or finish carpentry experience
Strong knowledge of framing, layout, stairs, railings, and exterior construction
Ability to read construction plans
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors year-round

Compensation:$35 - $45 hourly
