Join Our Growing Team!
We're looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice Installer to join our team at Lifetime Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electric. If you're dependable, eager to learn a skilled trade, and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you. No HVAC experience is required—we provide hands-on training alongside experienced installers.
What You'll DoAssist with the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
Load and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
Learn proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and local building codes.
Maintain clean and organized job sites.
Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
Work as part of a professional installation team.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
Willing to work in attics and crawlspaces.
Comfortable working on ladders.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Mechanical aptitude or construction experience is a plus but not required.
