Tru Terras Landscaping LLC is looking for a skilled Landscape Construction & Hardscape Specialist to join our growing team in Snohomish, WA! This is an exciting opportunity to bring outdoor spaces to life through expert craftsmanship, creativity, and hands-on construction work. • Install and construct hardscape features including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and driveways
• Perform grading, excavation, and site preparation for landscape construction projects
• Lay pavers, natural stone, concrete, and other hardscape materials with precision and care
• Install landscape elements such as planting beds, edging, drainage systems, and irrigation
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, tools, and machinery safely
• Collaborate with project leads to ensure timely, high-quality project completion
• Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with safety standards

• Prior experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, or a related trade
• Proficiency with hardscape materials including pavers, block, stone, and concrete
• Ability to operate skid steers, compactors, and other landscaping equipment
• Strong physical stamina — ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license preferred; ability to tow trailers a plus
• OSHA or safety certifications a plus but not required
