Job DescriptionOverview of the Position:
Responsible for performing one area of expertise in the Materials / Logistics Team including Shipping, Work Order Receiving, PO Receiving Inspection, and Inventory Control. All duties must be performed in accordance with the Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual in a fast‑paced environment that requires teamwork and the ability to multi‑task.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Shipping – Package completed units per ATA 300 and ship via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, or other specified methods to domestic and international customers.
- Shipping – Monitor inventory levels of all shipping supplies and communicate needs to purchasing in a timely manner.
- WO Receiving – Open boxes and inspect incoming customer orders for damage and accuracy of the repair order. If discrepancies exist, segregate and identify units for rejection.
- WO Receiving – Generate work orders in the ERP system by accurately transcribing customer instructions, RFR, work scope, and shipping/billing information.
- PO Receiving – Inspect all incoming products used directly or in support of aircraft maintenance for acceptability per the Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual.
- PO Receiving – Maintain files with copies of all documents received with incoming products, including certifications and serviceable tags.
- Inventory Control – Pull parts correctly from inventory using job tickets and distribute to technicians; return unused parts to inventory.
- Inventory Control – Conduct cycle counts and yearly inventory counts for every single line location.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience: High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years’ equivalent work experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide (whole numbers, fractions, decimals); compute rates, ratios, percentages; draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions; solve problems involving multiple concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands and Work Environment- Frequently required to talk or listen.
- Regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Works in moderate noise levels.
$21.00 - $26.00 / hour
