job description
  • manage complex calendars including scheduling meetings and travel.
  • anticipate needs and keep the executives one step ahead.
  • prepare agendas, coordinate materials and keep minutes/action items during meetings where the executive is in attendance.
  • draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • serve as a liaison between the cne/cso and internal departments, external partners, and community stakeholders by building trusted relationships.
  • monthly credit card reconciliation and expenditure reimbursements.
  • support executive initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • maintain organized and professional systems for files, contracts, and documentation.
requirements
  • advanced expertise in microsoft office suite (excel, teams, word, power point, outlook), data management, and executive‑level presentation development.
  • experience leveraging ai tools for drafting, summarization, and workflow optimization.
  • highly developed organizational and project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and execute with minimal oversight in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for accuracy, tone, and detail.
  • proven experience preparing formal meeting minutes that are clear, concise, and move progress forward.
  • demonstrated professionalism and sound judgment, including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • proactive, self‑directed work style, with a track record of problem‑solving, asking insightful questions, and driving work forward independently.
  • ability to interact effectively with executives, clinicians, board members, and community leaders.
