• Top Pay:
  Earn $22–$28/hour to start, plus customer tips and regular raises (at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance).
• Work-Life Balance:
  No nights, weekends, or holidays required! Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM, with full-time (35+ hours) or part-time (20+ hours) options. Perfect for parents or students seeking flexible, daytime hours.

• Deliver top-notch cleaning services for homes and offices, following Sparkle Mafia's proven system and Work Orders that outline client preferences.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with a keen eye for detail, maintaining a 4-star+ rating.
• Communicate professionally with customers, leaving notes or reporting issues to our Customer Service team.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, with support from your Team Supervisor.
• Spread the Sparkle Mafia name by sharing promotional materials and displaying car signage during work hours.
• Occasionally lead small teams, dividing tasks and inspecting work.

• Hard-working, honest, and punctual individuals with a passion for cleaning and helping others.
• Self-motivated team players who take pride in their work.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for calls, texts, and apps.
• Proficient in English to communicate with customers and team.
• Cleaning experience is a plus but not required—we provide full paid training!
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.

• Location:
  
  Serve clients across the Kitsap Peninsula, with jobs typically within 30 minutes of your home. Occasional farther assignments come with a Travel Bonus.
• Schedule:
  
  On-call Monday-Friday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM. Optional evenings or Saturdays based on your availability.
• Role:
  Report to the Team Supervisor; no regular supervisory duties, but you may occasionally lead a small team.
