Customer Service Representative
We are looking for team-oriented individuals with personality, people skills, and high energy! Our CSR’s greet customers, answer phones, take orders and prepare pizza while providing excellent customer service.
Pay range: $
17.13 to $19.00 per hour plus tips. Paid sick leave per WA State law. Qualifying full-time employees will be offered employer-sponsored medical benefits.
The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.
Job Duties- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and maintain cleanliness approximately daily.
Orientation and training provided on the job.
CommunicationAbility to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills- Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly; calculator may be used.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In-store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher. Sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk-in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Sensing:
Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Temperaments:
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Standing:
Most tasks performed from a standing position. Walking:

Workstation at desk or table. Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds with dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'. Carrying:
Large items up to 30 pounds. Pushing:
Trays on dollies may require up to 7.5 pounds force. Climbing:
Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladder. Stoop/Bending:
Forward bending, bending at the waist. Crouching/Squatting:
Occasionally.
Reaching:
Up, down, and forward. Hand tasks:
Use of hands continuous; manipulating pizza peel, rolling cutter, etc. Machines/tools/equipment: pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, peel.
- Deliver product by car and to customer door; deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record; access to insured vehicle.
- Navigate adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Physical demands: carrying pizzas, sides, beverages during walking and climbing duties; deliver pizzas within designated area; travel between store, vehicle, and customer location; navigation of five or more flights of stairs.
