Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Beehave Academy is a play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic that takes a personalized and compassionate approach to supporting children. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at our Snoqualmie, WA clinic. The RBT will work directly with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Daily responsibilities include assisting with skill acquisition, monitoring client progress, collecting data, and providing positive reinforcement to support behavioral goals. Collaboration with families and other team members to ensure the child's success will be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Strong skills in Behavioral Intervention and understanding of child development.
  • Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written abilities, to interact with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Background in Psychology or a related field is preferred.
  • Current RBT certification is required; willingness to pursue continued training and professional development.
  • Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and follow a BCBA's guidance.
